Eligibility & Qualification

A post graduate degree, or a bachelor's degree with Statistics, Applied Statistics, Mathematical Statistics, Business Statistics, Economics, Applied Economics, Business Economics, Econometrics, Mathematics, Applied Mathematics or Advanced Statistics as a principal subject, from a university established under a State Act in India or recognised or deemed to be a university under Section 3 of the UGC Act 1956. Basic computer knowledge as prescribed in the Gujarat Civil Services Classification and Recruitment (General) Rules and adequate knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi or both are also required.
